2. Steps and Procedures for Payment Confirmation
To ensure your booking is processed and tickets or invoices are issued immediately and without delay, please follow these steps after completing the transfer process:
Keep a clear copy or screenshot of the bank transfer receipt (including the transfer date, amount, and sender’s name).
Send the receipt to the booking employee responsible for following up on your request, via the official email, or the approved WhatsApp number.
Please attach the booking number or the main passenger’s name with the receipt for easy matching and linking.
3. Important Guidelines and Notices
Booking Confirmation: A booking is not considered definitively confirmed until the full transfer amount arrives in the company’s account and is confirmed by the financial department.
International Transfer Fees: In case of transferring from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, please ensure to select the option where the customer bears all transfer fees to guarantee that the net booking value is received in full.
Fast Transfers: We recommend using the “instant transfer” option available in banking applications to speed up the process of issuing tickets and hotel bookings, especially for urgent or close-date bookings.
